- No Weddings (weddings are ineligible for this offer!!!)

- No public events (no events open to the general public are eligible for this offer)!!

- Only the street level gallery is eligible for this offer.

- 6 hour rental (total venue time)

- Private artist exhibitions are not eligible for this offer.

- You must reserve/book your date on our calendar by March 2024 . All events must occur in the 2024 calendar year (but scheduled by March 2024) .

- Your event must occur in the 2024 calendar year.. No exceptions. Email inquiries@urevbucontemporary.com to reserve date on the event calendar. 

- This offer is eligible for the following days of the week only: Friday and Saturday (no other days)!

- This offer is nonrefundable and non-transferrable!   

- Event insurance is required.

- A refundable damage/clean up deposit of 250 USD is required for each event.

- Signed rental agreement is required.
